ReadyToPrint Organizer lets you add daily notes, tasks, repeating events such as birthdays, holidays, monthly, weekly events, one time events, or events with custom repeat type. You can assign events to different groups and manage them in an explorer style window that organizes calendar items by groups, types, and dates. You can also edit the calendar using the monthly, weekly, and daily editor. The address book lets you assign contacts to multiple groups or send email to multiple recipients. Contact's phone, email, and web site information is displayed as hyperlink-style buttons for easy access. Address book includes sort, field filter, and customizable field names. Each contact can have up to 40 field and all of them can be accessed in a single property page. You can import/export to Outlook Express address book, or even access it directly, if this doesn't fit your needs, then there is another address book interface for viewing/editing contacts. |
